Pretty sure my mother's a frakking alcoholic which she blames on my father. My father, on the other hand, is not an alcoholic. My father is a high ranking military commander who never has or had time for me or my brother. He had virtually no part in raising either us but now wants us to follow in his footsteps. He casts a shadow so large that the name Adama is almost a curse. He's unemotional and aloof yet my brother craved his approval so much that he died for it.

My father disapproves of my life choices, thinks it's only going to lead to wrong choices and refuses to see my point of view on things. He wants to run my life without being in my life.
