spread it around!
So, holiday (for some) or not, it's a good day for this sort of thing. So, denizens of Fandom far and wide, what are you thankful for? Big or small, secret or not, this is the place to tell everyone who or what you're thankful for. Tell us why you're thankful, too!
This is a good thing to share no matter the day so share it loud and share it proud! What are you thankful for, Fandom?

Shut up, I am not boring.

... And I'm thankful for Mr. Winkles, too. Because he's really, really good company when my friends aren't around. Even if he is kind of the angriest gerbil ever.

I'm thankful for Kennedy and Merlin and Karla and Raven and Francine and Diana and Fiona and all my other friends here.
I'm thankful for kissing.
And I'm thankful for magic.

Sebastien, without whom I would know none of the above.

This world.
The way apples crunch when you bite into them, and the rush of juice.
Food in general, music in general, people in general
... and especially Jono.

Well, mostly Didi. My other mates helped, and I'm thankful for them, too. I'm not too broken up about having to share a room with Jak, who doesn't make a big deal out of my face and chest, even if he does throw blokes out of windows, and Ben, who is possibly the best 'big sibling' that I could have asked for. And it's fun to watch him squirm when th'conversation touches on sex, so bonus points for that, mate.
And music. Of course.
... Digging very deeply, I suppose I could be thankful that unlike the rest of yer, there won't be stuffing and gravy going straight to my arse this holiday season.

...and because this is dangerously close to being sappy, John should be grateful that he's on a kriffing continent away from me. Just saying.

It's cool getting to be somewhere that people get what I want to do and I don't have to hide it.
It's equally cool that I have way more options for people to train with here, instead of just my Watcher.
Classes about ass-kicking are pretty bitchin', I actually like the reserves more than I let on, and the existence of Fight Club at all rocks.
Yeah, the vegetable thing was even kind of cool in a funky way, I'll admit that.
Mostly the awesome part is the people: Worf the roomie, Rose, Beka, Elena, Emma, Raven, Boy Scout Bobby (and the way he hates how I call him that), Diana, and last but so definitely not least Tara.
Best damn school I ever got sent to, no question.

Got my boat. And someone I see on a regular basis. Can't complain about that.

Plus I have a job I love and Fandom always throws something at me when I need a little excitement.

The world hasn't blown up yet. And if you don't know how close it's come, however many times, you all should be thankful of THAT.

Oh, and the fact that my dad has to travel 4 time zones to meddle in my life is a big plus.

Hank. Jack, Alex, McCoy, Karla, Beka. Jono and Kennedy and Bobby. Anyone who went with me to help Karla that night. Sookie for getting it with the powers. Not always being on my own anymore.
