Dean is all for goth bars, especially with the nectar on tap and the convenient little rooms in the back. He graciously opens the back door of the 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB Impala, because it's his damn car and Sammy can just go back to hitchhiking.

Rory thinks chivalry like that is hot.

As she climbs into the car, she wonders if Guy-Whose-Name-Isn't-Dean would beat anyone to a pulp for her.

Dean would happily beat up a bar full of guys, along with a wendigo and a couple of werewolves, for Rory, as long as she'd be there to "heal his wounds" afterwards. He's not about the youngling-killing though, as that's just a sign of closetted homosexuality and Dean is ALL MAN.

He also makes sure that Rory is comfortable in the back seat and maybe sympathizes with her horrendous scarring.

And she also appreciates that sympathy. And perhaps investigates to make sure that Not-Dean has no horrifying scarring of his own.
