Name begins with a C (and if he's not Cole, I will kill if he's her "true love" from "All Halliwell's Eve") and is four letters long.

He's tall and dark like a certain demon.

He kinda moves and talks like Cole.

They've mentioned Cole recently to have him fresh in our minds.

My theory? As a reward for using LURVE to save Leo and Piper in "Seven Year Witch," Cole was granted release from Limbo and became a cupid, and now he's trying to get Phoebe to love (HIM!!!) again.
