I trust him because here he had no reason to hide what he was here and didn't try. If he'd have wanted me dead, it would've been easy to make it an accident and no one the wiser. Or have it look natural.

I know that he's likely using me, and I also know that if he had to kill me he'd feel a bit of regret about it. It wouldn't stop him of course, but that's something.

He hated the fact that he couldn't heal me during the plague, and got pissed off when I slept with someone else. And at the same time he fell asleep against me, true sleep, deep sleep.
