My happiness has little influence in my decisions of what I'll be, nor does my own desire, to be honest. I am the son of the Steward of Gondor and in times of war, there is but one path to tread for me. Doing well at this task is my own desire and it should please the Steward of Gondor as well, so both goals would be met. Except when daddy's insane and will never be pleased with anything you try to do until you're half dead.
