And now I WANT to read one. That happens a lot? Should I be asking her to slap me?

Kind of? I mean there's the rough and tumble sort. The heroine always hates the hero at first, right? So she's all, "Get back! Get off of me you manly, huge, brute of a Scotish kilts wearing warrior!" Really she's saying, "OMG I want you now! Make it hurt, baby!"

Um. So that's my take.
