I assure you that I have plenty of experience. One is not the son of the Steward of Gondor without catching the attention of some fair ladies.

It is rather a bit more complicated here as I am uncertain how this culture handles such matters. It would seem that this part of my life is currently somewhat on hold, even if there have been rather enjoyable moments but those require some careful nurturing.

Unless the lady in question changes her mind and decides that I really am not appealing to her. I could not blame her.

That would not be the words I would use to describe the situation, even if it would be what it boils down to in a manner. It is a lady's prerogative to set the pace in these matters and I respect it to the fullest.
