My Mom married the guy who killed my Dad less than two months after my Father died. She says she loves her new husband. This situation makes me emo, because I love my Mother, but want to stabbinate my uncle until he is dead and bleeding.

Also, I think I might have a bit of an Oedipus Complex.

My mother died when I was very young which left me in the hands of my grandmother. She didn't treat me well but I felt much better about it after I caused her to fall down the stairs. It's a shame she didn't die really, cause then I'd have access to the family fortune.

I have severe Mommy issues because Joss didn't even mention my mommy! Not once! But it's okay, because All Parents Are Evil (or dead) in the Jossverse. So I would have Mommy issues if I remembered anything about her. Sob!

My mother doesn't even see me when she looks at me -- she just, like, wants me to be this perfect plastic little girl. She emotionally checks out whenever things go off that path.

[He called home and talked very briefly to his mother before getting his real father on the line, and his father mentions her earlier in the show. The transcript is here And yeah, it's not a lot of detail to go on compared to the rich treatment his daddy issues got.]
