There is a gentleman by the name of George Wickham, of whom I am currently quite fond, though I have been sensible enough to realize that not much may come of it.

Further in my canon, I shall learn that he is a disreputable man of the lowest degree imaginable, and wish nothing more to do with him.

Following that, he will take my youngest sister away to London and seduce her. Sheer bribery will be required to induce him to marry her, instead of leaving her, debauched and thrown aside, a pariah in all but the most permissive societies, and a black mark of shame upon our entire family.

My shameless, stupid youngest sister will, following the hasty marriage which pretends to restore her honor, proceed to lord it over her older sisters that she married first, and amuse herself by noting that her husband was once a favorite of mine, am I not jealous?

We were BFFs for five years, and then he ran off to do grown-up Jedi hero things (that's what HAPPENS when your dad is only the most famous smuggler in the galaxy and your mom was once Chief of State and your uncle singlehandedly restarted the Jedi Order and all of them are heroes of the Rebel Alliance) and left me bored on Yavin 4 until he came back and I refused to let him leave me behind that time. And then we had our first kiss while we were trapped and freezing in a storage locker on a ship, with an oxygen pack at minimum feed to survive the AIRLOCKING ATTEMPT. And then he got all awkward and weird.

THEN we both went on that kriffing mission to Myrkr where he managed to save everybody by getting himself burned out in the Force (and it's a good thing I don't actually know the gruesome "chain reaction cell rupturing" details).

AND THEN I SPENT THE NEXT FOURTEEN YEARS OF MY LIFE PINING OVER HIM, and got myself manipulated into being a Sith apprentice because of that.
